■Y/N's POV■

I'm staring at the toast in front of me. My mind keep on thinking about yesterday.

"Kise: I love you"

Love...

My face become warm at the thought of the word "Love". Mother and father always say that they love me ever since I woke up in the hospital, and maybe before I lost my memories too.

I'm happy when I hear them tell me they love me, but when Ryou kun says it, my chest became full.

Y/N's mother: Y/N?

I was surprised by my mother's voice

Y/N: ah yes Mother?

Mother stares at me with worried, she hold holds a fork with a piece of toast on it in front of me.

Y/N's mother: are you full? Are yiu dine eating? You've only ate four bi-

Y/N: ah..  I'm sorry, I still want to eat...

I take the toast that my mom holds for me.

I keep on thinking about Ryou kun after what he said yesterday. Just then, the bell rings and mother go to open the door. Not long after.

Kise: Good morning

Y/N: Ryou kun

Ryou kun comes and walk in to the dining room with a familiar box.

Y/N's father: Ryouta you don't have work today?

Ryou kun sits next to me and then pushes the box in front of me.

Kise: ah no I don't have work for the rest of the week, though tomorrow I have basketball practice... so

Ryou kun opens the box and pulls out the pudding from the other day, it's the tasty pudding that I like.

Kise: I want to take Y/N out on a walk today... can I? Oh here, do you want to eat this now?

Dub Dub

Ryou kun... too close...

Y/N: I uh... haven't finish my breakfast...

Ryou kun looks at the toast and egg in front of me and then he extends his hand to my mother.

Kise: well, aunty, I'll feed her, aunty can do your chores...

Y/N's mother: ah that will be helpfull, I haven't start cleaning the backyard... here

Ryou kun takes the fork and cut a bite size of the toast and egg.

Kise: well, say aah Y/N... and after this you can eat your pudding and we'll go on the places you like...

His eyes as he looks at me  they're so gentle. I open my mouth and finish my breakfast. After that Ryou kun help me eat my pudding.

Kise: you really enjoy this right? Well, it does looks good...

Ryou kun poke at the pudding with the sppon.

Y/N: um why don't you take a bite? It's really good...

Kise: you don't mind?

I nod at him and he takes a bite.

Kise: whoa, it's really good... I should buy you more...

He looks happy as he eat the pudding. And I can't help but smile.

After I finish my meal, mother help me to get ready while Ryou kun helps dad watering the plants in our backyards.

■Kise's POV■

I'm watering the panlts in the L/N backyard while Y/N's father is cutting the bushes that looks uneven.

Y/N's father: where do you want to take Y/N to Ryouta?

I look at Y/N's father who's still cutting.

Kise: I'm planning on taking her to the caffe she likes, the one that sales her favorite pudding. But before that, I want to take her to her campus, the park, and -

Then I remember something.

Kise: well, if you don't mind, I want to take her to my apartment... I mean... she lived there for almost two years... and maybe... it'll help her remember...

Then Kise's father puts the scissors down and walks to me.

Y/N's father: ah but... Hyouka brings her stuff from her place...

Dub Dub

Y/N's fathrr stares at me a bit confused. I turns off the faucet and stands in front of Y/N's father. I bow my head at him.

Kise: I'm sorry!

Y/N's father looks surprised.

Y/N's father: Ryouta, hey what happen?

Kise: we... actually, a couple of days before the accident... we fought... I... made her cry and... she left to stay at Hyouka's place...

Y/N's father's eyes widened at my confession.

Kise: I... felt bad... and I try to call her and look for her but... she avoided me... then... the moment I finally saw her... that happened... and I... can't protect her and ended up like th-

I feel a hand on my shoulder. I look at Y/N's father staring at me.

Y/N's father: Ryouta, you fought with her and made her cry, that's your fault... but she got in an accident and lost her memories... it's wasn't...

I look down, ashamed that her father can see through me. I, actually blamed myself because I didn't go her way right away that day.

Y/N's father: you can take her anywhere...

I look up at Y/N's father, surprised that he trusted me after I told him I made her cry.

Kise: u-uncle...

Y/N's father: you guy's are together since you're babies.... I even saw you grew up to be the man you are right now... and all of those 20 years watching you two...

Y/N's father smiles at me.

Y/N's father: I saw how happy my daughter is when she's with you... and how you could always make her smile... so, I won't be mad at a single fight... when I can see that you wanted her to remember your mistake, so you can apologize properly  right?

Dub dub

He really knows my intention. I can't day anything and just nod my head. Y/N's father laughs and ruffles my hair.

Y/N's father: though you are this tall, you're still young... oh- there she is...

I look to the door where Y/N peeks from inside.

Y/N: um Ryou kun... I'm done... have you and father finish your chores?

Y/N's Father: yes we're done hun... well Ryota go on... make sure she have fun today...

I look at him and smile.

Kise: sure will...

I walk to where Y/N is and looks at her small figure.

Kise: shall we go?

Y/N smiles at me and nods her head.

Y/N: yes...

With that I take her out.

■3rd Person POV■

Just like what he told Y/N's father, Kise took Y/N to the places she enjoyed the most before she lost her memories, in hope she'll remember them.

She get her memories little by litlle, like how she recognize her department building in campus, and the section she visit often in the library.

Kise took her to her favorite cafe too and she really likes the place. Kise ordered her favorite hot mint Latte, and of course pudding.

After that he took Y/N to his place. The moment they reach the apartment area,  Y/N can tell that she's very familiar with this place.

Y/N: it's... familiar...

Kise: is it?

Kise smiles, staring at Y/N who looks around the building. He takes her hand and walks her inside.

Kise: then let's get inside... I'll take you to your room...

Y/N: my room? Not Ryou kun's?

Kise smiles

Kise: yes yours, you lived with me in here...

Her eyes widened at the new information. Kise take her to his unit and showing Y/N the password of his lock.

Kise: this is the password, and after that you press enter. And

The door is unlocked, Kise opens it for Y/N to enter and follow after her. Kise pulls something out of the shoe racks. Y/N's slipper.

Kise: here, put this on... this is yours... we bought them in pair...

Kise shows Y/N his slippers that looks the same. Kise takes her further into the house, taking her to the kitchen and shows her her mug.

Y/N : this... is it mine too?

Kise nods

Kise: binggo! I have one too, see... it's the same... but mine is yellow and your is (color)

Kise takes her to the living room and something caughts Y/N's eyes. She walks closer to the sofa and pick up a soft looking pillow. Y/N hugs the pillow and she likes it.

Y/N: Ryou kun... this is... so soft~

Kise laughs and walks closer.

Kise: and that's your favorite pillow for napping...

Y/N looks at the pillow that she likes. She thinks that there are a lot of her things in here and she can feel that she's familiar with this place.

Kise: then... let's go to your room...

Kise opens the door to Y/N's room and she walks in. When she's inside her head is a little dizzy. Memories of when Kise first brought her here came to mind.

Y/N: uh... when you brought me here... you say I don't have to pay... but I should make you breakfast?

Kise's eyes widened and he's happy that Y/N get another memories of her and him.

Kise: right! That's the first day I brought you here...

Y/N sees how happy Kise is when she got a piece of her memories, but that's it  she doesn't get any thing else yet.

Y/N: um... but that's all I could remember...

Kise smiles at her and softly brushes her hair.

Y/N: I'm sor-

Kise hugs Y/N gently, keep brushing her hair.

Kise: it's alright... take your time... I take you out so you could have fun and see the places you like... getting your memories back... it's a bonus...

Y/N can feel the sincerity in Kise's voice, but she knew that being forgotten is a sad thing. Not just Kise, her parents  Hyouka and the other, everyone must hope that she can remember  and she too wants to remember.

Y/N brings her hand to Kise's back, startling the handsome basketball player.

Y/N: I... will try my best to remember... I too want to remember everything... and maybe... that way...

Y/N grips the back of Kise's shirt.

Y/N: that way... I can finally understand and respond to... what Ryou kun said about... Love yesterday... I want to respond to it properly...

Kise's eyes widened and then he smiles and buries his face on her hair. Though by remembering Y/N might remember her feelings for Kise, she could also lost her feelings after remember what Kise did to her because of Kinana.

But even so

Kise brought himself and Y/N to the bed, laying them both gently. Y/N was surprised.

Y/N: R-Ryou kun?

Kise pulls her close to him

Kise: yes... remember everything... every single thing... and that way... I can tell you that I love you properly as well...

Kise wishes Y/N to remember...

Even there's a possibility she won't love him anymore...

He will make her sees his love for her now...

And gain her love again...
